QUALIFICATIONS FOR GROUP RATES: A "group" consists of 12 or more adults who attend the same performance together. One person will be considered the "group leader" and contact person for Riverside Center.
TICKET PRICES: The group ticket prices include the meal, show, taxes, and gratuity. Priority seating is offered, upon availability, at no additional charge.

PAYMENTS:

DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of 1/3 of the total amount is required upon signing of the contract. The deposit and signed contract must be received no later than 30 days before the performance date to confirm reserved seating for that performance.

BALANCE: The balance, based on the final attendance count, is due 10 days prior to the performance.

NOTE: Groups that initiate their contract less than 10 days prior to the desired performance, must make payment in full before noon on the day before the performance.
SEASON TICKETS AND GIFT CERTIFICATES will be accepted and applied toward the final amount due. Season ticket and gift certificate holders must submit their serial numbers to the Group Sales Manager in advance of the performance. In addition, each season ticket and gift certificate holder must also pay in advance his/her waiter’s gratuity as indicated in the group contract.
SEATING: Specific seating for the group will be discussed by the group leader and Group Sales Manager when the contract is initiated. All seating is reserved on a “first-come, as-available” basis. Specific seating will not be confirmed until the deposit payment is received by Riverside Center. Seating for additional group members may not be available after the balance and final attendance count are received.
RESCHEDULING: The group contract cannot be cancelled. The group leader may reschedule the entire group (or individual group members) by contacting the Group Sales Manager no later than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the reserved performance date. A nominal rescheduling fee may be applied at the discretion of Riverside Center, depending on the reason for rescheduling.
REFUNDS: Submitted payments will not be refunded, except for performances cancelled by the management of Riverside Center.
SHOW CHANGES: Due to the nature of theatrical licensing, and under rare circumstances beyond the control of Riverside Center, show titles are subject to change without prior notice.
