What are your ticket sales and rescheduling policies?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL . We cannot refund your payment after it has been processed. No refunds will be made for unused tickets (including season tickets), gift certificates, or patron savings package certificates.

Discounts for AAA and military, as well as other “in-house” discounts and coupons, are applicable to Dinner Theater reservations. Please mention eligibility for these discounts when reserving your seating. These discounts will not be deducted after payment has been processed.

Theater tickets for all performances are held in the Box Office. You may pick up your tickets at the Box Office window when you arrive for dinner/lunch and the show. Riverside Center will not be responsible for and will not reissue any tickets (including season tickets), gift certificates, or patron savings package certificates that may be lost or misplaced by the purchaser or holder

Anyone with a reservation who does not attend the reserved performance will be considered a “No Show” and will forfeit the ticket fee for that performance.

If for any reason you must reschedule your reservation, please call the Riverside Center Box Office no later than 12:00 noon on the day before the date of the reserved evening or matinee performance. Only one (1) rescheduling will be allowed, with a processing fee of $10 per ticket for mainstage Dinner Theater tickets (maximum fee $40 for 4 or more rescheduled tickets), or $5 per ticket for Children's Theater tickets (maximum fee $20 for 4 or more rescheduled tickets).

Although the shows and dates listed in our promotional brochures and fliers are as accurate as possible, the actual dates, duration of production runs, and specific show titles may change without notice .
